For the past 15 years I have personally been on a quest to overcome my childhood cravings and taking action to improving the quality of my food through wholefoods and exploring cooking styles from raw vegan to slow cooking.
I also have raised my two children through a healthy meal plan to strengthen their immune system and avoided artificial food or a dependancy on sweets, which makes for some careful planning at birthday parties. Through this process I have discovered alternatives to ensure they haven't missed a thing through the enjoyment of food. Also finding ways to get around fussy eating while getting good food into them. My personal focus is natural vegetarian wholefoods but understanding that many aren't so bridging the gap with alternatives is also what I make possible in my coaching.
I am a 2013 Graduate at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition which is a cutting-edge Health Coaching training program. During my training I studied many dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and prevenative health.
