Munchkin Yoga fuses the art of play and traditional yoga to make a fun yoga sequence.

Kids explore their imagination, develop their physical strength and endurance while cultivating balance, concentration and stillness.

These classes create a confident foundation for yoga and meditation that can take children into their growing years.

Classes are only on in school term

     Tuesday ages 5 - 12yrs 3.45pm                           classes are 45 min long

Please arrive 10 min before to prepare

Cost is $15 per child

or a 5 class pass for $75 and one class is free
